Game Rules

These game rules apply to all accounts and worlds of Fjordsaga. By registering, you accept them. We reserve the right to adjust these rules as needed; we will announce significant changes on the homepage or via our Discord.

1. Account & Registration

• Each player may operate exactly one account per world. Multiple accounts by the same person on the same world are not allowed, and neither is creating or using an additional account for the targeted benefit of another account, your own or someone else's (e.g. deliberately funneling resources or support to it).
• The email address you provide must be reachable. It is used for account confirmation, password resets, and important account notices.
• You must be at least 16 years old to register.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Do not share your login details with third parties; we do not owe support for problems arising from shared login details.

2. Fair Play

• The use of bots, scripts, automated tools, or deliberate exploitation of bugs to gain an advantage is prohibited.
• If you find a bug, please report it instead of exploiting it. Contact details are listed below.
• Accounts showing suspicious automated behaviour may be restricted without prior notice while the case is reviewed.

3. Player Conduct

• Messages between players and communication within a clan must remain respectful. Insults, harassment, discrimination, and sharing private data of other players are not allowed.
• Names (player, village, and clan names) and profile text may not contain extremist, pornographic, violence-glorifying, sexist, threatening, or otherwise illegal content, nor protected trademarks or third-party names.
• Impersonating another player or a member of the Fjordsaga team is not allowed.
• Do not share your own or other players' personal data with third parties.
• Advertising other games or services through the message system is prohibited.

4. Premium Currency (Bernstein)

• Purchasing Bernstein with real money is only permitted through the official in-game shop; buying it from any other source is prohibited. This does not apply to Bernstein you earn directly in the game through regular game mechanics (e.g. world boss victories or expeditions), which remains your legitimate balance.
• Bernstein obtained outside the official purchase channel or through other unauthorized means (e.g. fraud, chargebacks, or exploiting bugs) can be removed at any time without compensation; we do not owe support for this.
• Selling, buying, or trading accounts, account access, or other advantages for Bernstein or real money outside the official shop is prohibited.

5. The Game World

• Balance values and individual mechanics may continue to change as part of ongoing updates.
• Newly founded villages receive temporary protection from attacks by other players. The game shows the relevant details directly.
• A world may be reset or closed if needed. Players will be informed in advance where practical.

6. Violations

If these rules are violated, the operator may issue warnings, restrict features, remove content, or temporarily or permanently suspend accounts depending on severity. Prior notice is not always given, especially in cases of fraud or automated abuse. Fjordsaga takes no responsibility for content players publish in the game or on connected platforms.
