Withdrawal Information

This withdrawal information applies to purchases of Bernstein (our virtual premium currency) through Fjordsaga's official in-game shop, if you are a consumer.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract for a Bernstein package purchase within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). If possible, please include your username and the order date to make the request easier to match up. You may use the sample withdrawal form below, though it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and no later than fourteen days from the day we received notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Special Note on Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires early if we started performing the contract, meaning crediting the purchased Bernstein to your account, before the withdrawal period expired, after you gave your express consent to this and acknowledged that doing so means you lose your right of withdrawal once contract performance begins. We collect this consent separately during the purchase process, before any payment is triggered.
